My back is just on the edge of being ok. To where I’m not in pain if I turn this way or that. I plan on hitting it up again this upcoming Monday.
In the meantime I’m trying to get a handle on my lack of sleep. You can see by the image above that I’m not getting
that much enough sleep.
There are two settings on my fitbit for sleep. Sensitive & Normal. Sensitive is off the charts for me. It actually looks even worse. I know I don’t sleep much, and that won’t fare well for trying to get back into shape. Maybe I can try napping during the day or something. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
